The Digital Boost platform matches people working for and leading small businesses and charities in urgent need of digitalisation help with volunteer digital business experts. Support is delivered through 1:1 mentoring calls, interactive webinars and online resources

Digital Boost is a small, fast-paced and remote team of some of the most ambitious and collaborative problem solvers in the world. In the next 12 months, we are aiming to ensure more than 1 million employees of small businesses and charities around the world get mentoring in digital skills they need for their jobs. We are moving fast, and we are looking for people who can join at pace.

Our Customer Success Team

At our core, we are developing meaningful and direct connections between digital experts and people who work for small businesses and charities that need help with digital transformation. We do so by partnering with some of the largest brands in the world, including Google, BT, Visa and more. 


The Role

We are seeking a customer support analyst  to engage with our customers on a day-to-day basis and continue to build trust. This person will be adept and comfortable with managing expectations of customers, interfacing closely with our internal teams. You will be the face of Digital Boost to our customers, and responsible for ensuring our customer queries are logged, resolved and updates communicated accordingly.
