Digital Boost works with Governments and Businesses to help small businesses and charities learn digital skills so that their organisations are better equipped to survive and lead the UK to economic recovery. The Digital Boost platform matches people working for and leading small businesses and charities in urgent need of digitalisation help with volunteer digital business experts. Support is delivered through 1:1 mentoring calls, workshops (interactive webinars) and online content.
Digital Boost is a small, fast-paced and remote team of some of the most ambitious and collaborative problem solvers in the world. In the next 12 months, we are aiming to ensure more than 1 million employees of small businesses and charities around the world get mentoring in digital skills they need for their jobs. We are moving fast, and we are looking for people who can join at pace.
You will be part of a small team of passionate developers who love to create scalable, thoughtful solutions ― not band-aids. We encourage and expect our teammates to pitch big ideas and collaborate to solve complex problems.
At our core, we are developing meaningful and direct connections between business people who volunteer their experience and people who work for small companies and charities who need help with digital transformation. Every sprint, we work to refine core features and principles while creating new features that help simplify, and add value to engagements.
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer with deep knowledge of Python (Django) and a passion for building world-class experiences. You will need to be a self-starter able to multitask while working within a small team and capable of dealing with our 700% month on month growth.
